These amazing bars are a take on a recipe given to me from my friend Joyce, aka “bosslady.” We have yet to meet someone who dislikes the salty, sweet, and rich buttery flavor; and, with the addition of the goat’s milk to the caramel, they have a tangyness that is distinct yet delicious!
