All products displayed, including their availability for purchase, are subject to change at any time. Additionally, we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products, but our cookies and treats are crafted with love by hand and therefore slight variations in size or color may exist. The ingredients and allergens list for all our products is available in PDF format below.

For best results, our products should be kept at room temperature upon arrival and consumed within 3-5 days of delivery. Some can alternately be frozen upon arrival for up to 2 weeks. If you will be storing them in the freezer, please allow 1 hour minimum to come to room temperature.

C. LOVE BAKING ACADEMY is not held responsible for adverse allergen reactions and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

All products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Our dessert products have been carefully crafted with LOVE and attention and your purchase helps support our programs. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on your purchase because we feel it would take away from our mission.

Orders may not be canceled or modified within two business days of the ship or pick-up date. For order cancellation or modification requests, please contact our team using the button below. We will do our best to accommodate your needs; however, such requests may not be possible due to the order processing schedule.

We will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your experience.

All shipping and packaging is done from our commercial kitchen and sent to the local USPS or FEDEX post office depending on when the order was received. We use USPS priority shipping or FEDEX ground/one rate shipping and boxes are expected to arrive at their destination in 2-4 business days. We do our absolute best to get you the freshest product possible with this quick shipping. However, we are subject to the United States Postal Service and FedEx timelines and their policies and are not liable for any late, missing, or stolen boxes.

C. LOVE BAKING ACADEMY does not process payments - they are processed by Stripe or PayPal, depending on your selection. Before making a purchase, please visit the Stripe or PayPal site to review their policies regarding how they handle your credit card and other important information. Please note we keep your payment information confidential but are not held responsible for credit card processing issues or personal information policies held by either PayPal or Stripe. 

Please place orders in advance to help our production schedule. 

Large orders of 100 units or more should be placed at least two weeks prior to your desired delivery, pick-up, or shipping date. Any changes made are effective immediately upon being posted on the site, and it is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.
